Managing Survey Submissions

Monitor response counts, review individual entries, and export your data for external analysis.

I. Accessing Submissions

To view your survey results:

  1. Navigate to the Surveys module in the main navigation bar.

  2. Locate your survey in the list.

  3. Click the Actions (three dots) icon on the far right of the survey entry.

  4. Select View Submissions from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click the Submissions tab inside the form configuration area.

II. Monitoring and Managing Responses

The dashboard provides immediate metrics for each survey:

  • Dashboard Metrics: Track Views, numbers of Submissions, Drafts, and Conversions directly from the main list.

  • Submission Categories: Inside the tab, switch between the Submissions and Draft Submissions to see completed versus in-progress forms.

Submission Toolbar Icons

Use the icons at the top of the submission list for bulk management:

  • Star: Favorite specific entries for follow-up.

  • Add Tag: Categorize submissions for easier filtering.

  • Add Note: Add internal context. Notes can be set as Private Note (internal only) or public.

  • Send Message: Send a message directly to the respondent.

  • Export: Export selected data to CSV, Excel or PDF.

  • Mark as Read: Track which entries have been reviewed.

  • Set Submission Title: Choose which specific form question's answer (e.g., "Full Name") will serve as the unique name for each entry. This title will replace the default submission ID in the first column of your administrative table.

  • Remove: Delete entries.
