I. Sessions
A. Dashboard
View the comprehensive session table which includes the ID, Name, Category, and Type (e.g., online) for each entry.
Monitor operational metrics such as total Bookings per session and identify which admin originally Added the record.
Create new meetings by clicking the + Add Session button in the top right.
Perform bulk management using the top toolbar to Star, Tag, Note, or Export session data.
B. Session Setup
Click a session name to customize its specific requirements:
Set the Title, use the editor for the Session Description, and define the Duration.
Upload a cover image and add Category tags to help participants filter sessions in the portal.
Finalize the structure via the sidebar by outlining the Agenda, assigning specific Hosts, and choosing the Feedback Forms to be used after completion.
II. Bookings
The Bookings tab serves as your real-time tracking hub for every scheduled appointment.
View all appointments by Booking Date.
Track Host Status and Session Status to identify meetings that are approved or not.
Quickly identify the specific Host and Participant associated with each individual scheduled entry.
III. Feedback
The Feedback tab allows you to collect and analyze evaluations.
Switch between the Hosts and Participants buttons to view evaluation results from each group independently.
Track key evaluation metrics including the Session Date, the Form Title used, and the date the feedback was submitted.
Monitor the Resend # column to see how many automated reminders were sent to ensure the evaluation was completed.
Filter the dashboard using the sidebar to find Pending Feedback and identify sessions that have not yet been reviewed.
