Average Score: The calculated average of all submitted evaluations per submission.
Score Gap: This metric highlights discrepancies between judges’ scores.

Review each judge’s individual score, criteria breakdown, and written comments/feedback.
Actions for Discrepancies
When the Score Gap is high, you can take action directly from the submission’s details panel:
Action | Purpose |
Edit | Adjust a score or feedback directly (for corrections or clear mistakes). |
Delete | Remove an entire evaluation if it is invalid. |
Re-evaluate | Reassign the submission for another review (sends an automatic reminder email to a selected judge). |
Analysis Tips
Spot Outliers: Use the Sort by Score Gap function to quickly spot submissions with discrepancies.
Inspect Consistency: Filter or group the view by Panel or Judge to inspect consistency.
Check Completion: Keep an eye on Evaluation Completion before locking results.
