As an Admin, you can evaluate all submissions in the round. You do not need to be assigned to individual submissions or panels.
I. Enabling Admin Judging
Access Settings: Open your Program and select the relevant Round tab. Navigate to Settings β Evaluation Settings.
Enable Feature: Check the box for Enable admin judging.
Save: Click Save Settings.
II. Evaluating Submissions
Once the feature is enabled, you can immediately begin scoring entries from the Submissions list.
Go to Submissions: Navigate to the Submissions tab in your program dashboard.
Evaluate: On any submission, click the More menu (three dots) and select Evaluate.
Complete Form: Complete the Evaluation Form and submit your score.
Tip: If you do not see the Evaluate option in the More menu, confirm that Enable admin judging is turned on in Evaluation Settings.
