I. Joining the Program and First Submission

1. Creating an Account

  • Visit the program page and click the Sign Up / Apply Now button.

  • Complete the required fields and click Create Account.

  • You will be returned to the program page. Click Apply Now to start your submission.

2. Making the Submission

  • Select a Track (If enabled): If the program uses Submission Tracks (categories), the participant must select one track before starting the form. If your program doesn't use tracks, this prompt will not appear.

  • Fill out the Submission Form: Complete the form by answering all questions and uploading any required files.

  • Preview and Submit: Click Preview to review all answers. If everything looks correct, click Submit.

  • Confirmation: The participant will receive a confirmation email once their submission is successfully recorded.

II. Managing Submissions and Status

After submission, participants use the My Submissions tab on their dashboard to view all their entries and manage their progress.

  • View Status: e.g., Submitted, Under Review, Qualified, Disqualified, Pending.

  • Edit (if enabled by the organizer and before the deadline): Open the submission and update answers.

  • Delete: Remove a submission (irreversible).

  • Download: Export or download your submission (format depends on program settings).

  • Apply Again (if multiple submissions are enabled): Start a new application. Use this to submit to a different track in programs that use tracks.

  • Continue (if qualified to the next round): Proceed to the next-round application.

III. Multi-Round Workflow

If the participant advances in your selection process, A Continue button appears in the My Submissions tab next to the qualified entry. Clicking Continue starts the application process for the next round.
